Shark Fishing Gloucester Harbor!

The other day on one of our inshore striped bass fishing trips we had an unusual encounter. While working live-baits on a sunny afternoon we spotted a large fish tailing the baits. A few minutes later we had a 4.5 foot shark in the boat. Also within the same week we caught another that was 5 feet! Sharks are not uncommon off of Gloucester’s waters but it’s definitely alarming when they’re up in the harbor!
